The Young-Leaders-Seminars appeal to future leaders especially students, young scientists and young professionals and provide an attractive platform for a Theory-Practice-Dialogue. Seen from different perspectives, concrete issues on applied ethics are highlighted, debated and analyzed scientifically.
The Seminars aim to foster capacity building through enhancing the leadership qualities of international and specifically African Young Leaders.
Participants coming from different study fields, cultures and backgrounds are chosen following an essay competition. They already possess a solid basic knowledge or practical experience which allows an interesting and concise exchange of ideas. Experts from the world of science and practice add a competent insight to the discussed themes.
The intensive working atmosphere combined with a cultural program make the Young-Leaders Seminars a unique experience.
